

Hi, I'm Ashley!
Life can be messy, stressful, confusing, and sometimes just plain exhausting. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to have all the answers — you just have to show up. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported while figuring things out.
I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, big life changes, self-esteem struggles, and the many ups and downs that come with being human. My style is conversational, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand yourself while building skills that actually fit into your everyday life.
I love helping clients connect the dots between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. We’ll explore what’s getting in the way, celebrate your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. I’ll also encourage you to practice what we talk about between sessions — because growth doesn’t just happen in the therapy room!
My approach includes CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions. Whether you’re going through a tough season or simply want to grow and better understand yourself, I’d love to walk alongside you.

When I'm Not Working
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll usually find me out on a walk or hike, spending time with my husband, family, and friends, curled up with a good book, or planning my next travel adventure. I also enjoy spending time on the boat, watching a great movie, and discovering delicious gluten-free food or treats.
