Please check with your insurance provider prior to receiving services to obtain accurate information of your mental health benefits and expected charges. It is your responsibility to remit payment for services rendered. If your insurance plan fails to reimburse for services, you will be responsible for the full fee per session.

A 24-hour notice for cancelling a therapy session is required. Failing to attend an appointment or giving less than 24-hours notice will result in a $90.00 fee that is not billable to insurance providers.
