What is "Gentle Parenting?"

People may think that "gentle parenting" means that your child never acts out, you are always attentive to them, and that you never feel angry or overwhelmed, and react based on those feelings. These myths can lead to parents feeling depleted and depressed. It is normal for your child to show a wide-variety of emotions. They are meant to push against limits and rules as part of their development. It is normal for you to want a break from your child and to not always meet your child's wants.

Our team understands the daily struggle of what parents and caregivers face with their kids.
