Hi, I'm Ashley Parrish-Lundeen!
I am currently a second-year MSW student pursuing my clinical licensure. I’ve spent 13 years working with youth involved in the juvenile justice system and their families, gaining insight into their unique struggles and the value of compassionate, practical support that highlights youth strengths. I approach therapy with empathy, motivation, and a dash of humor.
I believe therapy should be a safe space where my clients feel heard, respected, supported, and understood. Life is hard enough; therapy shouldn’t be. My goal is to meet each client where they are, help them build confidence and coping skills, overcome obstacles that are holding them back, and help foster healthier relationships and growth. I am here as a support, not a judge of character. I look forward to the possibility of working together as we navigate this crazy thing we call life.
When I'm Not Working
When I’m not working, I’m either spending time with my family and dogs or doing the latest DIY project. I love creating and experiencing different types of art, listening to music, and experiencing nature. I am also a massive animal lover.
