

Hi, I'm Dawn!
I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, with a focus on perinatal mental health for the last 3. This includes supporting people through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I take this work seriously — I know therapy often begins during some of the toughest moments, and I’m here to walk with you through them.
I draw from CBT, DBT, a humanistic approach, and a bit of humor when it helps. I believe we all feel anxiety, sadness, shame — it’s part of being human, not a sign that something’s wrong with you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered to be your authentic self.
When I'm Not Working
When I'm not at work I love spending time with friends and family, over good food. I find nature and animals calming, and currently have 3 big dogs at home that keep me busy. Concerts (when affordable) and comedy clubs are also fun.
