Hi, I'm Maegen! 

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and empathetic space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach is deeply rooted in humanizing each person who walks through my door, seeing them not as a diagnosis or a label, but as unique individuals with their own stories, struggles, and strengths.

 

I believe in the power of kindness, empathy, and compassion to facilitate healing and growth. My therapeutic philosophy centers around the idea that every person deserves to be heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward mental wellness. I emphasize the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust, respect, and collaboration. I work together with my clients to explore their goals, identify coping strategies, and develop personalized treatment plans that honor their unique needs and experiences. Whether it's navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or healing from past traumas, I am committed to walking alongside my clients every step of the way.

When I'm Not Working 

In my free time, you’ll find me wandering around a bookstore, going to concerts, traveling , binging the same three shows over and over again, and hanging out with my husband and two dogs.
