Everyone’s journey is unique. My practice is founded on the belief that true healing involves addressing the individual as a whole. I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. By fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding, I encourage individuals to open up and engage in the therapeutic process with trust and confidence. Central to my therapeutic approach is the belief that the counseling process is a collaborative alliance, with clients considered experts in their own lives. Within this framework, clients can access their inner strengths to promote positive change. By understanding the unique experiences and perspectives of each client, I utilize a tailored approach to meet clients specific needs where they are at now.

I utilize different evidence-based modalities in my practice such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, mindfulness, person-centered, play therapy, and other experiential methods. I have over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, PTSD, and behavioral problems. Overall, I strive to adopt a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I consider it a privilege to help individuals begin their journey learning how to build on their strengths and achieve their goals. All are welcome!
