Hi, I'm Oana!

Being a child or an adult can be difficult while we are figuring things out about ourselves and the world around us. You don’t have to do this work alone. My goal is to provide a warm, safe space for you where we can identify goals and potential solutions to problems affecting your emotional wellbeing. I seek to support communication, coping skills, and improved self-esteem by providing tools that promote healing, behavior changes, and personal development. We will use your innate strengths throughout this process to optimize your mental health.

My experience involves working with children, adolescents, and families in overcoming their difficulties for over 6 years. My speciality involves working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. I believe in building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the parent in order to discuss their child’s progress.

I am skilled in psychotherapy, youth mentoring, and academic counseling. I love leading, motivating, supporting, challenging, and educating youth in order to achieve success. I speak fluent English, Spanish, and Romanian.

When I'm Not Working

When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family, professional development and learning French.
