Finding a therapist can be daunting. It's hard to know where to start, if it can help, and what steps to take. Finding the right one matters because you will be doing very vulnerable and emotional work, you want to make sure you feel seen, heard, valued and that the person in the room with you is safe.
It matters to me that you feel like therapy is a place where you have a partner in working toward what you want in a safe and respectful way. I love this work, and I love people, as imperfect as we all are.
When I'm Not Working
I enjoy music, gardening, walking, reading, games and spending time with friends and loved ones.
