Hi, I'm Sophie!

I'm working as a clinical intern and attend the University of Utah Masters of Social Work Program. My background consists of working with neurodiverse adolescents and young adults. I am trained to address the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety and family dynamics. I enjoy working with children and often spend time utilizing play and art therapy techniques.

When I'm Not Working

I enjoy getting outside as much as possible, ideally my adventures involve my rescue dog, Astro. I love to ski, hike, run, bike and backpack and often bring along my film camera to document my adventures. I also have a love of using my creative side which can involve anything from baking bread to making fun earrings. My community is very important to me and you will often find me engaging in my favorite activities with my close friends.
